Coaching Experience
   *10 years of coaching tournament baseball in MS.
   *4 years of coaching baseball at the high school level
   *Numerous players have signed to play with colleges across the country

Training Experience


   *Certified sports performance coach with USAW 
   *Velocity Sports Performance – trained all levels of athletes from 9 year olds to professional athletes in the         MLB , NBA, and NFL
   * D1 Sports Performance – trained adults, youth athletes, college and professional  athletes looking to gain   leverage going into their next season
   * Medicomp Physical Therapy- created a sports performance program to work with athletes recovering from injury, athletes looking to improve their strength or on field performance, worked with teams and their coaches to develop off season training plans.

What Do We Offer?

   Individual coaching – 1 on 1 with the athlete to work on their specific needs… speed and agility and strength and conditioning. Off day work to do on their own to achieve best results. Video analysis of technique , body mechanics, and assessments. 

   Group Training – Small groups separated by age group. Work on general speed and agility concepts and mechanics. Basics of Strength and Conditioning.

   Personal Training – 1 on 1 or small group setting for adults. Focus on general wellness to the weekend warrior. Weight Training, Conditioning, Nutrition guidance.
