​​Summer Schedule (Thompson)… Compressed format (9 workouts 3 days/wk for 3 weeks). Format will help pitchers learn how to develop a consistent routine and manage daily work. Monday / Tuesday workout will focus on a variety of warmups and flat ground drills work based on individual evaluations. Thursday workout will focus on mound work to develop pitching plans, pitches, and game competition. Limited Availability

Summer Schedule (Ishee)… Regular summer schedule (1 day/week for 7 weeks). Focus will be to help pitchers develop routines to maintain mechanics. Will include some mound work. A continuation of Spring workouts.

  • New pitchers or pitchers who still need to make adjustments to their delivery and also do mound work.  


Summer Bullpens (Ishee)… Bullpens, Bullpens, Bullpens. Focus will be on proper warmup prior to bullpen work, pitching game plans, pitch combinations, pitch development (1 day/week for duration of each individual pitcher’s summer schedule. Limited Availability

Terry Thompson began Pro Pitching in 2005 after a successful career as a JC coach in MS. His teams won 767 games (most is MS history), 8 MS JC State Championships, and 4 NJCAA Division I Regionals. He also was a pitching coach in the prestigious Cape Cod Baseball League for 3 summers, winning the Cape Championship in 2012, and was an associate scout with the KC Royals for 12 years. He has coached or trained 11 MLB pitchers, dozens in Minor League Professional Baseball, and hundreds in college baseball... Mississippi State, Ole Miss, L.S.U., Georgia, UNO, Alabama, LA.
