August is a short session. Many of our pitchers who have been with us all year and have pitched a lot of innings take off this session or if they do not have major events during the Fall. This is a good session for our pitchers who have recently joined our program and/or have events or games in the Fall. Also good for our pitchers who do not want a gap in their workouts. Also good for new pitchers to join our program.
